1. Use of the Website

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have legal authorization to enter into contracts. Any attempt to interfere with or disrupt our systems, reverse engineer software, or access restricted areas without permission is prohibited.

2. Services Overview

Decliontra Office provides filing automation tools, configuration support, and consultation services. Some features may require an active subscription or custom agreement. The service is provided “as available,” and we strive to maintain reliability without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activities conducted under your account. Misuse, illegal activity, or security breaches may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, code, text, and visuals appearing on this site belong to Decliontra Office or its licensors. No material may be copied, distributed, or modified without written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service during the last billing period.

6. Availability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain continuous service availability but may perform maintenance or updates that cause temporary downtime. Notices of planned maintenance will be published when possible.

7. Refund and Return Policy

7.1 Services

For configuration, integration, or consultation services, you may request to reschedule once at no charge if notice is given at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable as personnel and resources are pre-assigned. Completed services cannot be refunded.

7.2 Digital Products

Digital deliverables such as templates, software keys, and documentation packages are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. This policy ensures the integrity and fairness of our licensing model since digital files cannot be returned once delivered.

7.3 Physical Goods

Physical goods (for example, printed manuals or equipment) may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unopened, unused, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Contact privacy@decliontra.com to receive return instructions. You are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective.

7.4 Refund Timeframes

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 10 business days after approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise arranged in writing.

7.5 Non-Refundable Items

Custom integrations, bespoke automation development, and enterprise setup projects are non-refundable because they involve significant manual work, planning, and resource dedication. This ensures fairness for both parties and compensation for completed work.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, process, and store personal information in compliance with Swiss and EU data protection laws.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. You may terminate your account at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as described in Section 7.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts of the Canton of Aargau, Switzerland.
